(no subject)
Greetings, :-)
Well, the bathroom continues to be worked on.
The wall-paper is all down, and the caulking (Gods, there's a lot of caulking!) is getting pulled out bit by bit. (And the landing is looking at least a *little* bit better).
I finally re-located the card with the Hum. Alum. (my hear) website on it. (Now all I need is to figure out my password...).
My squash is growing like gang-busters, and so are my beans (they love the heat!) Not that I have any *Actualy* squashes or beans growing on the vines yet (they're just starting towards the flowering stage), but the vines are doing great, and the flowers are definitely coming. :-) I already have a cucumber on my cucumber plant. :-) Yay! :-)
Today I will be:
- Getting more (preferably all) of the caulking out from behind the countertop
- Getting Plaster of Paris, white "egg-shell" paint (for the walls), putty for the walls (or maybe I'll just use the plaster...), white plastic knobs for the downstairs cupboards, and a few other things. :-)
There will be paint today! :-) (Hoy... ;-)
There will also be reading:
Magical Religion (James R. Lewis = Editor)
Poisonwood Bible (Barbara Kingsolver = Very Good)
That's all for now, :-)
- Nam'ara,
- Amazon. :-)
