The Lost Girls
A thought (if you can call it that) on Alan Moore and Melinda Gebbie's 'Lost Girls':
Wendy Darling grew up to marry Harold Potter.
Harold.
Potter.
This was written sixteen years ago.
Oh, J.K. ... :-)
And the thing is, I honestly don't know if she did that on purpose (the way 'Moaning Myrtle' is, probably, a reference to a whole bunch of weapy, complaining talking myrtle trees that turn up in English Lit.. I think there's one in SPencer's "The Faerie Queene", for example) or if it's just a random fluke.
<*shrugs*>
Anyway, that's my thought for the moment. The 'Lost Girls' books sound fun. :-)
- TTFN,
- Amazon. :-)
