It's adjustable, but it doesn't have as many adjustment points as I'd like. (Hint: It's a dress-maker's dummy that I can actually afford).

I'd prefer something that had a lot more adjustment points (four at the waist, the option of changing the cup size independently of the rib-cage size, etc) but this is what I've got.
