Lovage

Lovage is, indeed, a herb. Also known as Italian Parsley, Sea Parsley, Love Parsley... (I'm noticing a theme...)
My Cunningham book says that one uses the root in a bath to become psychically cleansed. Or else one can carry the root around in order to attract love.
(Or you could just put parsley in a salad and hope it's a reasonable substitute...?)

Currently I am all slathered in Nut (Body) Butter and Vanilla body lotion (Body Shop). I think I'm going to stop in at Lush this afternoon. :-)

-- Which is good because Paul just called and his flight has a three hour delay. And the weekend with his brother was less than steller (due to blackout-related problems), so I think I'll be picking up a Massage Bar while I'm there. :-)

Paul's plane is *still* not off the ground.
Grrr...

I phoned him (on the *very* good advice of my mother) just before I was about to leave for the airport.
It's a good thing I did, because he was still on the ground, in the terminal... He may not even be on the plane yet.
Bugger.

So I don't get to see him tonight. <:~( Mouf. <:~( And he sounded so *tired*. He's just been through a hellish weekend and he sounds like he's just at the end of his rope. This is awful. I have sent him an e-mail note that will, hopefully, be waiting for him when he gets back to his house. Just that I miss him, and that I hope he gets some sleep. My poor honey-man. <:-( I feel so bad for him. <:-( - Toodle-Oodle... - Amazon. <:-(
