My Busy Weekend

Well,

On Saturday, Nov. 6th, my fiance, Paul, moved into my (our) house.
Whee! :-)
So Saturday was full of furniture-moving. (My calves still hurt. Darned stairs...)

On Sunday, Nov. 7th, I turned 25. This involved mulled red wine with raspberries in it. :-) (Surprisingly very good -- recipe to follow).

Best present, I have to say: A bookmark.

To explain: None of my presents were bad and, in fact, they were all quite excellent.

However. My friend Keith (along with my friends Jo, Jeff, and Cat) is a phenomenal artist. He did the bookmark art. It's a picture of the Abbysinean Maid (playing the stringed dulcimer) from Colridge's Kubla Khan. (Apparently it will last for 92 years... I smell heirloom. ;-)
