I am making bread again. :-)
Currently I've got a mix of whole-wheat and white wheat flours sponging with water, polenta-&-oatmeal, honey, fancy mollases, yeast, salt and veggie oil.
:-)
It's sitting near my monitor, so that it can heat up and grow. :-)
Now to tidy. :-)
