This is interesting...

So, the mask I described yesterday...

She changed while I was in the craft store getting supplies.

She went from being a forest Goddess to being an ocean Goddess. So her face is indigo, and she will have turqoise and maroon dreads, and a crown of little cowree shells and maybe little pearls. (I need crazy glue -- The glue at Fiona's place didn't bond fast enough to keep the shell on).
I may see if I can make side-fins or something out of gathered blue/black tulle... We shall see...
I'm thinking of giving her pearl tears... we'll see what I come up with. :-)

I get the feeling that she is sad, rather than angry -- The forest Goddess was angry.

I think I should get spray-on shelaque. Just because then I don't need to worry about messing things up with brush-strokes. Hm...


Oh, my goodness!!
I just realized that I could wear this mask to a masquerade ball with my wedding dress! (Not that the dress is made yet, but now I know. Must go to a masked ball in a year and a half. Hehe. Note to self... ;-) Somebody hold a masquerade! :-)
