New Toys for Me! :-D

I went CD shopping after work today. I got:

My Chemical Romance: Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge ('Cause it's brooding and angsty without being particularly heavy. ;-) Have not yet listened to this one. :-)

The Rasmus: Dead Letters. (Which I am currently enjoying).
I found out about two weeks ago that they're actually from Finland. Who knew? (Not me, obviously). Until then, I'd thought they were a Tea-Party-influenced pop-Goth band from Montreal. (I only ever heard them on Musique Plus, so I figured: Singing in English, but only played on the Quebec station. Probably from Montreal.). Boy was I wrong. ;-)

Am making shepherd's pie (minus the sheep) for dinner tonight. (We may end up having squash soup, though, because Paul's stomach has been acting up all day. So we shall see...).

In other news: I ran into Josh on the bus today. We had a good conversation about philosophy and the underlying meaning of words, among other things. It was awesome! :-D

So. All told, I've had a really good day. :-)
