3) My costume is - but for the snakes, which (alas) I will be building out of socks later this evening - done! YAY! :-D

Dishes: Mostly done. (Two sinks worth, so I did the larger of the two -- the one that gives me dishes and forks and stuff -- and will leave the other for... oh, hells, probably sunday evening given how this weekend's going to go).

Costume: Done. (Or good enough for government work, which is what I do, right? ;-) I have snakes made of tinfoil. They are *very* shiny. Emergency bra is packed in my purse. Ticket is also packed. Must add passport for ID.

Tomorrow morning will involve going "Oh, gods, why is my mother so insane???" while cursing and getting out of bed for a 6:40am pick-up time.
My mother is crazy.
I understand her reasoning, but is there a reason why we couldn't eat *dinner* with Gram, instead? Seriously...


Anyway. I must be off. Debating whether to arrive wearing the emergency bra -- don't know how cold it's gotten. May do that. <*shrug*>
