Plot Development Workshop!
When: Tonight! Wednesday October 17, 6-9pm
Where: Ottawa Public Library Main Branch at Metcalfe & Laurier in the Meeting Room on the basement level.
To get to the Meeting Room
Starting from the outer doors at the corner of Metcalfe & Laurier, there is a shallow set of steps leading up to big plate glass windows with a seating area beyond them. To the LEFT of these steps is a corridor on the Laurier side of the building, with both an elevator and a flight of stairs. Descend one floor to the basement level. Turn right down the short hallway and pass through the double doors at the end into a carpeted hallway. The Meeting Room is the first door along this hall.
If you get turned around, the security guard up at the main entrance is usually good for directions. There will be a sign outside the meeting-room door. :-)
Bring along your muse, writing implements of some kind, and a snack if you'll be wanting one, as well as any plot-developing/generating resources you wish to share. :-)
