Great Glebe Garage Sale Finds (Whee!)

So. I, like so many others, have spent the morning trecking around the Glebe in search of More Stuff. :-)

And I found it! :-)

I am now the proud owner of:
- A salad spinner
- Four really nifty looking throw-pillow cases (with tassels, and everything!)
- A cafe-au-lait cup and saucers
- A Brita water jug
- Four big canisters (sp) for grains, pastas, etc.
- "The Mother of All Pregnancy Books" (no, I'm not pregnant. Yet. ;-)
My friend and shopping-mate, Kat, says that I'm the only person she knows who buys things like this for "eventualities". I pointed out that I was valiently resisting buying baby clothes. She said that baby clothes would be a little freaky. I agreed. :-)

I also got a book of mediaeval poetry for my friend, Shelley, and a "Solitudes" CD for my Mom. :-)

There may have been something else, but I don't remember. Oh well. :-)

Time to go and wash out my new canisters. :-)
