I seem to remember liking "Julie and Julia" but I can't remember the details particularly. :P It's been a while!
I have also been through Banff and Jasper and I can't remember which is which. I always assume that if we drove through one, we drove through the other, this being the big family car trips from northern BC to Ontario and the US.
Huh. I like books with lots of queer and trans characters, but don't find domestic violence stories much fun to read about at all. I'm always glad to hear about more queer YA, though!
