Anybody know anybody who's looking for an apartment in Montreal?
(A friend of mine, ami_b on lj, is in need of a subletter for her appartment in Montreal).
Specs:
Available March 1 with option to renew lease in September.
Huge and bright 1BR (3 1/2 rooms, approx 750 square feet) in a nice downtown lowrise, 20 minutes walk from McGill, 5 minutes from Concordia.
Close to everything; 5 minutes from metro and steps from bus.
High ceilings and hardwood floors. Great super. 2 appliances (fridge and gas stove) in a large kitchen and laundry in building. $825 with indoor parking space (street parking is available but a pain in the butt); $745 without. We've been here for 4 years and the rent has only gone up twice (by $20 each time).
Hydro and gas are extra, ~$50 and ~$30 respectively every 2 months.
- Nam'ara,
- Amazon. :-)
