Great Big Storm. (Short-lived, though).
Angling for fork-lightening and thunder, but not holding out much hope for it.
I just discovered the new body-shop perfume, "rose & cassis".
It's quite nice (in eau-de-toilette form) -- the rose is definitely rosey, but the black currant and raspberry (particularly the raspberry!) scents tone it down a *lot*. :-) I like it quite a bit. (I also like their ($14) sheer-blueberry lipstick. Very purpley. I'd quite happily consider pickig up a tube).
The trick, of course, is this: $30 (or less) Canadian = six imps. OR $20 Canadian (or a bit more) = 1 *big* bottle of "rose & cassis" perfume oil.
So... The sensible thing would be to (ha! get neither, because I'm poor!) get the imps, thus giving me a wide sellection of scents to play with. :-)
That being said (wooo... the lights just went dim (briefly)... maybe we'll have a power-outage... cantaloupe by candle-light? I like it... :-) Uh, right, where was I? Ah, yes. I could just wait for a $50 wind-fall and get both. (But that's pretty unlikely, at least until next November (just in time for me to be going "Gah! Thesis Due! Now-Now-Now!" And if ever there was a time to indulge... that would be it. ;-)
Anywhoo... I think I'll clean the bath-tub, and have a nice bath. :-) I haven't had one of those in while... time for a 'honey-B' bath-bomb, I think. :-)
[Edit: <*sigh*> I did not clean the tub. I did not have the bath. I do, however, have a headache. I don't know why. Boohoo... :-P Off to change the sheet (which needs washing) for our *new* *purple* fitted sheet. Oo-la-la! It's so fantastic to have more than just one sheet! :-D]
