Well, I feel accomplished.
Not only do I have an office job lined up for tomorrow (helping to prepare files for moving to a new location -- in a parking garage, er...) but I have also written a short story (an original, no less). :-)
Go me! :-D
As such, I would like you all to read it and, ideally, comment/beta/etc.
