So:
The baseboard heater in my bedroom doesn't actually work.
This is a bit of a problem, but it will have to wait until next week to be dealt with as I have a few more pressing (school-related) problems to deal with first. (Apparently my Carleton Trascripts were sent to U of O in their incomplete form. Hm.).
So, off I go to deal with that. Beh. <*sigh*>
In other, more plesant, news:
I made a home-made purifying body scrub. :-)
Ingredients:
1/3 C liquid honey (air)
(1 tbsp ground almonds) (air)
1 tbsp rolled oats (earth)
1 tsp dried thyme (water)
1 tsp dried rosemary (sun/fire)
1-2 tbsp sea salt (earth)
1-2 tsp cinnamon (fire)
1/2 tbsp lemon juice (water)
1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (fire)
I may or may not leave out the rosemary next time, as it's a bit abrasive.
It works quite nicely, though, and it's completely biodegradable. :-)
- Nam'ara,
- Amazon.
