Boot Number One is Finished! :-D
I spent pretty much all of yesterday sitting on my couch, watching the Special Features of various Matrix films, and sewing the blasted thing.
And now it's done-done-done, and it looks... pretty good, if I do say so myself. :-)

Boot Number Two has a *long* way to go, but: The toe-cap is cut, sewn, and glued in place, the zipper is in (I hope to hell it's in the right place, otherwise the two boots are *not* going to look right together. But I think I did it right, so that's okay).

Despite all this, I am still *Really* proud of myself! I made a *boot*!!! :-) Me!!! :-D (Take *that*, footwear manufacturers!) :-D
Seriously.
I feel like freaking Versace. :-D

Here's hoping Boot Number Two goes as well (or, ideally, better). :-D

As a side-note: My hair is now burgundy. Yay! :-)
