The poetry has temporarily dried up, or so it seems.

I will have to read some more -- that generally kick-starts me again. :-)

Okay, so the auction people didn't take everything.

They left the following:

pull-out couch
kneeling desk chair
bookshelf
filing cabinet

sewing machine cabinet

BBQ
Captain's Bed (custom, seven feet long)

The latter two are going on Used Ottawa.

The sewing machine cabinet (it's the kind that has a many-times-folded top that folds out so you can cut big swaths of fabric on it) may join the rest.

The other four, however, plus a second bookshelf and a matress+boxspring combo (potentially two) are going up on freecycle.

However, if anyone reading this either (A) wants some of the free stuff (or some of the other stuff, and is able to spend money on them), or knows of someone who would[1], don't hesitate to link them and let me know! :-D

[1] Note: You have to be able to pick up anything you want, and you have to do it by (preferably significantly before) Sept. 13th. Because that's when I start moving all of *my* stuff into storage. And I want the stuff I'm NOT keeping to be the hell gone by then. :-)
