Well.
The cupcake recipe I posted last night? Actually makes cookies.
Big, puffy, crumbly, light almond cookies. Very sweet. (I may need to cut out some of the sugar, I think - or else get some of that Pomegranate paste that Arndis has and use that to tart (haha) them up a little).
Have made the necessary changes to the recipe lay-out.
I shall bring my new goodies to Schola tonight. :-)
