Today turned out to be a very social day. :-)

I went to Brunch and got to see Marisol and Pat (visiting from Montreal), as well as Lorrayne and a whole wodge of other people - including Ms Megan (Ed and Heather's daughter) who is in a play (and who is growing up Like Woah - my gods... turning into a grown up right before my eyes), Frank-from-Schola (with baby), and Skylar (one of Marna's Resisters).
Skylar showed me her copy of Box Lunch (which is full of cute-cute-cute cartoons) and I showed her Brazen Femme and The Wave in the Mind. :-)
Pat informed me that, energetically speaking, archangels are the same as deities. Except that, where deities have eight billion different jobs to do, archangels are pretty purpose-specific. Which explains the hammer-in-the-chest feeling when they came into the class the other night.
(I'm still a bit 'Wah!' about all that).

But, anyway, Brunch was good fun. :-)

Afterwards, Marisol and I went over to Lorrayne's to yammer and drink cider. This was also fun. We stopped off at Bronwyn and Jason's place and said hello, and lamented the possibility/probability of Jason lopping off most of his lovely, long hair (for use in cancer wigs --> Good Cause), and had a look at Bronwyn's collage(sp) project -- Which I hope is going better now that she's talked it over with a fellow Artise. :-)

Later, after Marisol went to collect Pat and head back to Montreal, Tsivia turned up, and we yammered some more, and I drew a quilting-esque project in my note-book while sitting on the really lovely couch in Rayne's living room.

I may (or may not - not sure yet) be taking a trip to Utica(sp) NY this Yuletide, in the name of getting new shoes.
(Given that I've still got no passport, this could be, ah, unlikely, especially given that I've got two families in town and, well... timing. Um. But we'll see. It would be fun to spend Midwinter with two definitely Pagan folks, after all. :-)

This morning, I (finally) made my "Pretty Boys in Eyeliner" CD. It took about four hours, because I was trying out different orders and what-not.

I met Paul at the O-Train on the way home from Lorrayne's house, which was a nice surprise (although, given the hour, I thought it might happen that way). He's currently making a bunch of adjustments to his book -- making all the fill-out tables digital (because it's damn tedious, otherwise), being the main one. We had a nice chat on the way home, and then ordered pizza for dinner. :-)
(I shall take some of it in my lunch tomorrow. :-)

Did some (small) work on 'Part 31' of 'Live Truly' when I got home. This is good. Two bits left to come up with, and I should have another chapter done. :-)

That said, I think I will go and watch a movie (or part of a movie, we'll see) before bed. :-)
