So.
The house is pretty much ready to sell. :-)
The basement bathroom has been repainted (as have all of the little white fill-in-spots on the walls in the rest of the house). I have some spiffy house accessories to set up when I get home (a mat for the front hall, a new shower curtain), plus I need to Dress the basement bathroom.
And deal with the treatment room. It's going to be dressed like a bedroom. With the huge captain's bed against one wall, and a couple of other bits of furniture around the place to keep it from looking too, ah, fake.
Not sure it it'll work, but we'll see.
Anyway. Sprucing up and laundry (and improvised seafood alfredo) are on my list for tonight.
Real Estate Agent comes over tomorrow morning to check the place out.
(I confess, I feel a bit dumb. I should have called that dude in my neighbourhood - who's buying up houses as rental properties - today (to see if he wants to make a deal) and called Anne if he wasn't interested. Woops. Oh, well.).
Anyway. If you know of anyone who wants to buy a three-bedroom starter-house, send them my way. :-)
