H'Okay,
Thanks to Arndis, I have bopped around the Internet chasing appartments for about 45 minutes. Have put in questions with a couple of places around Preston and Spruce (further West than I wanted, but they sound decent and the rent is pretty stellar, so they're worth checking out). :-)
I have also chatted up a lawyer to handle the legal side of the sale of the house -- Paul and I may have to re-do the separation agreement (with really specific stuff about the money from the house-sale) in order to save ourselves an extra $200 in legal fees. I need to re-check what the SA actually says, in case this is a necessity. (I, for one, am all for an extra hour or two of work + a couple of stamps if it means saving a hundred bucks each).
Anywhoo... I've gotta scoot, my time is almost up. :-)

P.S.: Gotta say that it's really cool to turn up during the fifteen minutes before the library opens its doors and discover that the lobby is *full* of people wanting to come in. How awesome is that? :-)
