Going to see this at 5pm.
It's a two-bedroom (I suspect the fellow has over-estimated the room sizes by a fair bit, going by the pictures, but - due to the second bedroom, it might work.
Hard-surface floors.

$925 all inclusive.
Which is expensive, and hard to do if I'm only make $10/hr.
However, if I'm making $11/hr or more, I'm in the clear, and most of my temp jobs have been int he $13/hr or $13/hr range, so I think I'll (probably) be okay.
The apartment is for September.
No dishwasher.
This could, maybe, work out. Same location (as in down the block) as the place I looked at earlier today.
Roughly the same price - inclusive, instead of less+hydro - but it looks (from the pictures only, so what do I know) like a better deal.
