My workplace is insane.
The underlings are not allowed to talk to the overlings.
I can't email my over-boss, or go knock on her door (which is across the bloody hall from me).
How the hell am I supposed to communicate with someone when I'm not allowed to communicate with them???
This, as they say, is fucking dumb. :-P
