While I'm not thrilled that the corporate tax cuts are going ahead, I *am* thrilled that the funding is being restored to the arts! YAY! :-D


I was not expecting this. It's kind of crazy. My government just staged a coup proposed a reorganization of power in the house of commons which is entirely legitimate under the constitution of Canada and under Westminister Parliamentary proceedure. (I didn't think they had it in them...) It's a bit creepy, but it's also a government quite a bit closer to the one I want.

Anyway. We'll see how this pans out. :-)
