I've got a friend who needs to find some reliable subletters, fast. :-)
Here is the information:
"I am subleting a great house for the summer in the Glebe. It's on 215 fifth avenue and is a three bedroom apartment with large windows, hardwood floors in the bedrooms, new appliances, and comes partly furnished. It's $1300 altogether, $430 pr room. I was hoping maybe some of you are looking or know people who are, or could just forward this info to others on your mailing lists. The sublet begins May 1 and ends August 31, so I'm running out of time and I need your help!"
