Remember a while back, I was posting a lot about Angie Zapata's murderer's trial?

Well, the verdict is in on Lateisha Green's murderer: He's been found guilty of manslaughter.

Because he only meant to "seriously injure" her.

For fuck's sakes. He shot her with a gun on purpose! When she was sitting in her car and he was standing right outside the damn car window.
After she and her brother had been lured to the house with a party invitation.

Um, hello? How is this not premeditated?
