Looking for Caribbean fairytale and folktale characters (or stories) that involve shape-shifting. Lagahoo and Mama Dlo have come up already, but (of course) I'm looking for stuff that's specifically bird-related. I'm also mentioning "Jorinda and Jorindel" because a woman gets turned into a bird in that story, and "The Great Bear of Norway" because it involves shape-shifting and searching for one's partner. But if I can find specific stories from Jamaica or Trinidad and Tobago (in particular) that have similar themes, that would be extremely helpful. :-)
