Based on something I read in the Globe and Mail about New Orleans. (Who knew? I didn't think I'd end up talking about this here. Oh well, here goes):
If you were a government official who had been asked to come up with a way to quell the violence in New Orleans, what would you do?:
(A) Triple the ammount of transportation busses, vans, (Everything) that are being used to get people out.
(B) Send *in* bus-loads of well-equipt medical staff who come bearing food, water, blankets, and tarps as well as medicine and first-aid equipment.
(C) Send in armed soldiers who have been told to "shoot and kill".
Guess which one actually got picked...
