I had mango frozen yoghurt for breakfast! :-D

Note: This isn't me being hyper. It's me being happy about mangoes and yoghurt together at last. ;-)


Recipe:

Take:
1C vanilla yoghurt
2C chopped frozen mango (or tinned mango, or fresh mango, but I used frozen)
1/8C milk

Purree them together in a blender until smooth and gloopy.

Pour into a tupprware and freeze for about 12 hours.


It might work better if (A) you added about 1/2tbsp sugar to the recipe, and (B) took the mixture out of the freezer every couple of hours and gave it a stir, but not necessarily. (I figure that might make it easier to scoop).

I'm gonna get some more. :-D
