Feeling slightly better, although not 100% yet.
Hah. Having felt sick on Friday night (last time I posted), I proceeded to throw up everything I ate that day. All at once.
My Gods, it was unpleasant.
Paul used his ultra-sonic machine to make my stomach feel better -- which was good. I think that's what let me sleep on Friday night.
Yesterday, I ate a grand total of:
1/2C raspberry smoothy,
4 grapes
1 cracker
Lots of water.
Today, I've had a bunch of crackers (but they're "snack" crackers, a la "ritz", so they're not that good for me -- they make my stomach do little flips), and a persimon -- a fruit which, surprisingly, didn't hurt me all that much. :-)
I can't tell whether my current stomach cramps are due to hunger, left-over stomach bug, or my period (Which arrived this morning). Possibly a combination of all of the above. :-)
Anywhoo.
My marking is done. :-)
I may have to come up with a quick 1.5 hour lecture for tomorrow, as Shelley is stuck in Tuscon with the sinus infection from hell -- can't fly as it risks ruptured ear-drums, among other things -- so a lecture may be in order if I/Lucie can't find the film Shelley would like to show (it might be in her car, you see).
I've washed the bedding. This is good. :-)
I also baked my two remaining pumpkins -- They are sitting on my stove right now waiting to be scooped out and frozen. :-)
I kind of want to make a pie. :-)
Paul and I have date-night tonight -- we're going to watch The Increadibles. Which sounds like fun. And I've decided that we're having pizza for dinner. I just don't want to cook. :-P (Pie excepted, that is. ;-)
Anywhoo. I sang in a concert last night. :-) It went well. (Thank goodness. Things were not looking good for a while there).
Jocomo turned up in full Foolish regalia for the second half. :-) That was nice. :-)
And I no-longer have to get up early next weekend. :-) Woo-hoo! :-)
Anywhoo. Must put the sheets in the dryer, and do the groceries. :-)
- Nam'ara,
- Amazon. :-)
