Well, good morning...
My throat is burning, my lanrynx is swollen up like a dead baboon after about day three, and my vision is just *slightly* blurry ("bleary" might be a more appropriate term).
Also, I've been sneezing.
Must pick up vicks (or similar) on the way home.
I'm either sick (likely) or I'm sick-because-it's-season-flip-time-but-I-don't-actually-have-a-virus.
Obviously, I'm hoping for the latter.
Tonight I was supposed to have a massage-therapy session with Oni_Neko (who is wonderful), but due to unforeseen events -- an apartment viewing which, on its own, would still have let me make the appointment, and an unexpected Dinner With Mom 'Cause My Sister's in Town -- I've had to write and cancel.
Bugger. :-P
That said: The appartment is Sommerset W. and MacDonald, on the main floor. The dimensions are (allegedly) as follows:
Living/Dining area: 11' x 16'.
Bedroom: 11' x 11'.
Bathroom: undisclosed
Kitchen: Undisclosed, but not eat-in.
I'm not overly worried about the kitchen and the bathroom. Unless I'm stuck dealing with Just a Shower Stall in the bathroom, or No Storage Space what-so-ever in the kitchen, I think I can probably handle this.
It's available for October, but - who knows! - I might be able to finagle getting it earlier.
The rent is $650 and, while hydro is not included, heating is. :-)
I hope I get this place.
I hope that, upon seeing it, I *want* to get this place.
I hope this is the place that I've been wishing for. :-)

It's gets a tad on the out-and-out money-focussing about half-way through, but it still works and makes sense. :-)
