calling all brown, black, mixed race, yellow, red, desi,
African, Indigenous, First Nations, Inuit, Métis, Caribbean, Latin
American, Asian, East Asian, Middle Eastern, South Asian, Aboriginal,
non-white, non-European, (e)raced, (in)visible minority.

The Ste Emilie Skillshare is launching a postcard campaign to reclaim our colonized histories.
share yr favorite q/tpoc heroes & we'll print them on beautiful silkscreened postcards.
our goal is to flood the postal service with millions of inspiring q/tpoc heroes!!!


Who is a Q/TPOC hero??
-any person or group that are your trans/queer of colour heroes
-living, not-living
-historical or from the future
-real or fictional
-writers, activists, musicians, performers, yr mama
-local or global

What??? This sounds AMAZING! How can all my q/tpoc friends & I get involved???

Step 1. Choose a q/tpoc hero
Step 2. Draw or photoshop an image of yr hero
Deets: 2 or 3 solid colours (no shades please!)
Hand drawn, computer drawn, digital images or painted photographs - all formats are welcome.
Step 3. Email yr beautiful image to mtlskillshare@gmail.com by December 15th!
With your submission tell us: Who your hero is & why? Who you are & attach yr contact info.

If sending a digital image, please send in jpeg, tif or psd format, at least 200 dpi (prefer 300). (layers separated by colour are optional but helpful). We'll do our best to use the colours and images as you've submitted them, but please note that we may need to make adjustments in order to use them in a silkscreening kind of way.
