I'm baaaaaack. :-)
I have my maternal grandmother's eyes and nose. (Who knew?)
I also have the silver fox stole her father gave her sixty-six years ago, when her boyfriend (my grandfather) went off to war. (Her whole family was mad at him for doing that. It was 1943 and they were just so sick of war. Every day they'd get the lists in school of who had died. There was another Jack Byers, as it turns out. From Toronto, not London. He died. My grandfather didn't. <*phew*>).
