I keep hearing people gush about Moniac (sp) Mead.
Well, guess what I got to try last night:
Barenjager.
Honey liqueur which actually tastes and smells like *honey* (that burns on the way down, but you get the idea).
Now *that* stuff is *good*! :-D
I've decided that I will have to invest in some (although I expect it's horrifically expensive).
I have, in fact, decided to invest in all sorts of sweet, sticky liqueurs, as I just think they're decadent (and they go so well with icecream!). :-)
So, on the wish list:

That Chocolate-Cherry stuff from the Czec republic
Creme de Cacao Blanc (Godet stuff)
