Well, I'm sick.
I had a feaver on Thursday.
On the plus side, that's gone now, but I'm still stuck with a nasty cold that filled up my sinuses and my lungs with sticky stuff. (Now you understand the subject-heading).
Also, on the plus-side, I do seem to be getting better. On the minus side, a short walk had me rather disturbingly out of breath earlier today -- that's a bit worrying, but I expect things will improve as my health does.
Oo! I was in my backyard today, and it appears that a whole 16 of my bulbs did *not* get eaten by the squirrels. (That hasn't stopped them chewing on the sprouts, mind you, but at least the roots are still there -- for now). And two of them have bloomed! :-D I have a tiny little blue flower and a tiny little purple flower! Yay! :-)
And I've discovered (after *how* long?) that there's a little park not too far from my house. It's called Cahill Park, and you get to it by going through the field beside my condo-corporation. There's swings, and a little play-structure, and stuff. :-)
Anywhoo. Time to wash the bedsheets, and get some more reading done. :-)
